SHAQ Is The Sumo Man

(Shaq = Shaquille O'neal, Phoenix Suns Center)

J: Hey man, U gotta take a look at this. This is real fun. Shaq pushed the whole squad down.

Krynn:

Krynn:

NBA SUMO Live 2008...

Krynn:

Goodbye, Jason Williams!

[Years in Memphis Grizzly (2001-2005)]

J-Will and C. Webber]

Incredible!)

[Years in Sacramento Kings (1998-2001)]

[Years in Miami Heat (2005-2008)]

I miss the old time in Celebrity Club Court. I miss J-Will. And, I miss basketball very much....

[Season 2005-2006 NBA Championship. A fantastic year]

Back To the Gloryland... Boston C's

Say no more. Boston C's return to the glory!

Boston C's actually beat the crap out of LA Lakers, as I predicted. Many so called ''NBA experts'' in Taiwan, for example, sucky NBA bloggers and sports channel broadcasters, said Lakers would win the title. Win my ass. You know, these people already suck in broadcasting basketball games and how can you expect them to predict the important events of NBA finals? Oh, that was really hilarious. That's why even I am watching finals live but still put the TV in mute.

However, except people I mentioned above were killjoys, I really enjoy the NBA finals, especially the very last game, Game 6 131-92. Even although I lost the sports lottery bet for NT 200 which I bet that Boston would win the game within a 6-10 points range but it didn't matter that Boston actually had a 39 points big winning. Boston's 39-point win surpassed the NBA record for the biggest margin of victory in a championship clincher. More is better. And Lakers didn't stand a chance.

Finally, Boston C's 17th championship title is done. After 22 long years, the NBA has gone green. I love this. Congrats, Boston Celtics. And Boston it is.

C's Grab 3-1 Series Lead. One Step to the Glory

Kick ass!! Celtics Storm Back, Take 3-1 Lead.

It's the most remarkable comeback in the NBA history. Facing a 21-point deficit at the end of the first quarter, it looked like the Celtics were all but done. I turned off the TV and went out to do my things. When I came back to the sport channel, C's was just trailed by 2. Then they kept going, folded the game with Ray Allen's blow past Sasha Vujacic for a layup with 16.4 seconds.

Boston rallied from a 24-point deficit and beat the Los Angeles Lakers 97-91. How amazing it is because I thought C's had lost the game at the start of the game. And they did it. They beat LA again. It's just a matter of time Boston Celtics go back to the glory.

I believe in them!

Kevin Garnett notched 16 points and 11 rebounds
Ray Allen scored 19 points and 9 rebounds.
Paul Pierce scored 20 points and 7 assists.

Two Wins in a Row!! Go Boston!!

Today, C's Head West Up 2-0! Boston Celtics beat the crap out of the LA Lakers. Although their biggest lead is 24 points, the 4th quarter got a almost comback from Lakers. Eventually, Celtics survives furious Laker rally.

Lots of experts predicted that Lakers will win the NBA championship this year. However, I don't agree with that. I am a Boston fan and I know how good they are. As long as the big three play fine, Boston will BEAT LA!

I predict that the finals will go 4-2 most. (I hope it's 4-0 though.) Celtics will get the title. And LA, they pack home.

GO BOSTON!!!

[Music] Hope

This hit ''Hope'' performed by Twista featuring Faith Evans is from Coach Carter, one of the best basketball movies ever. The movie is based on a true story. It also has lots of great quotes in this movie and I think they are somewhat aphorisms.

One of the best is that Coach Ken Carter loves to ask, ''What's your deepest fear?'' One of his player, Timo Cruz answers, ''Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.''

Another one I like is that Jason Lyle says to the coach and the team, ''You said we're a team. One person struggles, we all struggle. One person triumphs, we all triumph.''

Therefore, Adidas is right about this. Basketball is a brotherhood, man. I love it with all my heart.

It's Not About The Shoes

It's not about the shoes.

It's about knowing where you're going.

Not forgetting where you started.

It's about having the courage to fail.

Not breaking when you're broken.

Taking everything you've been given.

And making something better.

It's about work before glory.

And what's inside of you.

It's doing what they said you can't.

It's not about the shoes.

It's about what you do in them.

It's about being who you were born ...... to be.

D-Wade Is The Man!

Finally, D-Wade pulled Miami Heat out of misery.

Dwyane Wade 35 points 8 rebounds, and Mark Blount 19 points, led the Miami Heat in defeating the Indiana Pacers on Saturday to snap a 15-game skid - the longest in the NBA this season and the second-longest in franchise history.

As you know, I'm a huge fan of Miami Heat. But in this season, they really suck. Even though Wade works so hard, his team still keeps losing. Since Dec. 22, they haven't won any freaking game. They only got 9-33 now ( won 9 games for half season, you do the math ). The team looks really bad.

Hopefully my man, D-Wade could lead Heat to more wins, of course his teammates (now I only could count on Udonis Haslem, J-Will, and Mark Blount) should work really harder. Don't let the fans down, Miami Heat!

ps. New Orleans Hornets now got 31-12 (Pct 0.721), first place of the western conference. It really surprises me. Hey Ashin, you should watch their games while you go back to the States. They've done so well so far.

Jumped High

Long time ago, I posted a ''fat men can't jump'' because I was too fat to jump as high as before. After that, I was back to my shape to play full-court basketball 2 times a week. But recently, the situation was not that good. Speed slower, jumped lower.

But this afternoon my condition was just great! I could jumped high enough to do the circus shots! The hang time (the time staying in the air). Oh, that felt so good.

I cut from the left baseline, jump to the right side and board. By a little hang time would do ,and field goal was just made. Another one was the right side alley-oop (without dunk of course) . Easy basket and nice shots! Ohhhhhhhhhhh it all came back to me.

I really love this feeling. Made me so thrilled!!

Buzzer Beater

看到射球如同投籃教科書的Ray Allen在 1.9 seconds remaining時(此時Boston Celtics以93-95落後於Charlotte Bobcats),投出一顆帶有完美弧度的三分球 passing through the Net,緊接著buzzer響起,Over Game.

Paul Pierce作假動作後勉強出手不進,籃板落入Bobcats手中,Celtics在剩 4.7 sec時犯規(說老實話,此時我已認為Celtics必輸無疑,準備請領本季第二敗,but I was wrong。) (1.9 sec),hit the game-winning trey!

SLAM DUNK

Ray Allen's big three is totally a killing.

Boston Celtics are definitely kicking every team's ass!

Get Your Popcorn Ready!

If you love scoring, they've got it. If you appreciate a great defensive stand, you'll find it here. Terrific teamwork is in abundance. Clutch shots, fantastic dimes, thunderous jams, slick steals and brilliant play-calling take place every night on the floor. If you miss a game, you might miss something amazing.

NBA - where amazing happens. Just started it today. Must see their games. Must shout and scream for them. Must love them!!

Jeffrey's NBA watching list:

1. The most wanna watch team: Boston Celtics.

Reasons:
The big three - KG, Paul Pierce, and Ray Allen. They are definitely ready to rock!

2. Teams I would like to watch if they are on: Miami Heat, Pheonix Suns, Orlando Magic and San Antonio Spurs.

Reasons:
Heat - Only if Dwayne Wade is healthy. Wondering if Penny Hardaway could assist Shaq well ( Penny and Shaq playing as teammates in Florida 13 years later.)

Suns - Steve Nash and Grant Hill, two of my favorite. See how fast they can play.

Magic - Are you kidding? How could you not see how Dwight Howard torturing his opponents by jumping so high?

Spurs - their goal is the back-to-back this season. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili will fight their way up to the championship.

Get Your Popcorn Ready. Find your buddies to watch NBA together. They will rock your socks off!

A Time to Remember - Pippen, 1994 All-Star Game MVP.

I finally found it! I've been looking for this game for kind of years. I've watched the game before, but I wanna watch it again. Because my favorite NBA player - Scottie Pippen grabbed MVP of 1994 NBA All-Star Game.

Out of MJ's shadow, Scottie stars. Pippen got 29 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 steals led the East to a 127-118 victory at the 44th annual NBA All-Star Game in Minneapolis.

It's a really a great time to remember. Especially you can't miss the shoes he word that day - a BIG RED Nike Flight. The shoes didn’t make Scottie jump higher or run faster, but maybe they did give him a little extra confidence in his shot that day – after all, you have to be pretty self-assured to venture out in public wearing anything so bold.( Jeff Dengate)

"That was just something that was thrown out there during my summer meetings with Nike," Pippen told Bulls.com before his No. 33 jersey was retired last December, referring to the red shoes. "I said, 'Sure, I’ll do it.'"

I remembered I saw some students in my high school wear the red shoes at the time. But I am not so sure if they just painted themselves or what, because I never saw the shoes selling in any sports shops. Painted themselves? Is that possible? Yes, it is possible. I did see my calssmate have ''PIP #33'' letters on his shoes and we all knew this moron drew it himself. LOL

You are SO Unbelievable!

That's the way it is.

Use my head to play!

So you can shut your mouth, sit back at the bench, watch and learn how the good players play!

Ps.

Shitty Night, Guilty Feelings.

Tonight was a mess.

I almost hurt a Chinese friend when I defensed his lay-up. I got a bad position while I wanted to give him a block but we had a collision in the air and he crashed heavily on the ground. OK, he was kinda pissed off at that time too, though I did my apologies.

I got hurt again of my left thenar muscle when I wanna get a loose ball back. The injury made my left hand swelling and tender. I'm even having difficulties doing the thumb & small finger opposition now. Let along holding heavy things.

We won 3 games without losing any tonight but the contents are not as good as we got before. The pressure of opponents' fastbreaks, no rebounds, having a hard time to make good plays and organize our team. I think I almost lost it. I gotta shout at some teammates. The shouting thing made me kinda uncomfortable. I don't like to be a bad guy kicking people's asses all of the way. But sometimes it's the only way to make them play like a team. Teamwork. Do it together.

Then right after the games, got a call from mom. She asked lots of questions that I didn't wanna answer at that point and I ran out my patience. I was not polite talking on the cell because I already got shitty moods from those events above. Got guilty and feel sorry about that.

So I need to vent now. It is what a blog for.

What is the problem??

[D.Wade's Gatorade Commercial of Good vs Bad.]

As you can see above.

Playing basketball is about decision makings.

Besides basic skills, you need a clear mind with it. 'Cause You make decisions in secs.

Recently, our team lost often than before. Sometimes, I am just so pissed off how we play but I can't tell what's exactly going wrong.

For example, some teammate played without thinking and shooting too many even he didn't have a good chance. I'm certainly pissed off by this sort of play. Low percentage field goal and you still shoot so many, are you kidding me or what? Where the hell of confidence did you get from, dude?

Some teammate can't do the decision making fast enough. Under the defense pressure, he could have made a bad call. Didn't pass the ball when he should or passed to the wrong players, or do the turnover himself.

When it happened, the situation made me speechless. Of course I could do more penetrations and difficult lay-ups which provide several points. Passed the ball as a Point Guard. Tried to play like DWade and withdrawed fouls to get free throws as more as I could get. But, without teamwork and keeping the whold team in the same page is a killing. Can't win if it's just a one-man or two-men team you know.
